Everything in nature have a rhythm. Days have 24 hours (Earth spinning itself cycle), years have 365 days, the see has highs and lows, etc. 

We (humans) have it too. we have: 

  1. Physical rhythm
  2. Emotional rhythm
  3. Intellectual rhythm.

We have days that we feel energies, and we have days when we feel tired.

What if I told you that there is a science-based method to know where you are at your Physical, Emotional, and Intellectual rhythm?  

The uses of the knowing your Biorhythm

  1. Would you like to use your peaks for your own advantage (instead of watching TV on those days)? like to make them a decision dates, travel, ask for a raise at work, etc.
  2. Don’t schedule something important on your critical days (those are great for watching TV)
